Another weekend update

Our Saturday was just great! Full of volleyball, football and eating.  What else is there really?  :) (in case you you were wondering the answer is nothing, in Pullman.)
Madels is doing a camp called little spikers.  She goes on saturdays for an hour and does a little volleyball clinic.  It is pretty cute!
My next big event of the day was this...........

It is called bountiful baskets and I think it was a pretty good deal. The kids have already devoured most of the pears and I think we will have the corn for dinner.  If you have any suggestions or recipes for the grapes that would be great. I don't have a canner so it will have to be something quite simple and obviously there aren't a lot of them so I can't do a large batch of anything.

In the evening we rounded up the family and went to the volleyball game.  The Cougs were playing the ducks so that made it quite easy to root for the cougs!  They didn't win but it was a pretty close match and lots of fun to watch.  Madels and her friends had some signs made up and cheered a little.  But mostly they played up at the top of the seats and spilled popcorn.

And below is a little commentary from Jude!

These pictures are from several weeks ago but it thought it was so cute.  This is Jude and Dylan "washing" my car.  The kids decided to make some money by washing the cars in the neighborhood.
They were charging $5 per car.
That is until two more kids joined in and then the price went up to $7! Ha! They each wanted to make $1.
And this morning the kiddos entertained themselves by sledding down the stairs in their sleeping bags!!! haha it was awesome

Hahaha look at Madels face in this picture!!!!

It has been a relaxing weekend.  We are loving having Matt here! It is so nice to be able to do things all together.  The rest of the day will be filled with football watching, and banana bread baking.
Happy Sunday!!!!
